The purpose of this website is to provide the IBM Z ISV community
with resources, information, and support in regard to our program
offerings.
Program Offerings
The following are IBM Z programs offered and supported by the Dallas ISV Center.
Important Updates:
- Some of the landing pages will now reside in the IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE Partner Network (ZLPN) website.

Remote Development Program (RDP)
- Remote access to virtual system environments for the purposes of developing, porting, and testing applications that run on IBM Z platforms.

Validation Program for z/OS®
- 60 days of remote access to validate a product against new and releases of IBM Software.
- The link will take you to the IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE Partner Network (ZLPN) website, where the new Validation Program for z/OS landing page is located.

IBM Z ISV Early Program
- Helps an ISV to support their customers on new IBM operating system releases, middleware, hardware products and other IBM software products.

IBM Z On-premises Development Program (zOPD)
- Provides software and hardware discounts to qualifying ISVs developing IBM Z and LinuxONE solutions on ISV-owned hardware.

IBM Z® Program Development Tool for
Independent Software Vendors (ISV zPDT)
- Emulates an IBM Z mainframe environment on x86 architecture for software development and testing purposes.

Integrated Information Processor (zIIP)
- A dedicated processor designed to help improve utilization of computing capacity and control costs.

Sub-Capacity Reporting Tool (SCRT)
- A no-charge tool that reports required license capacity for sub-capacity eligible products that run on IBM Z operating systems.
