Hours of attended operation are 07:00 to 19:00 US Central time Monday through Friday (except IBM USA holidays).

This secure user group is a place for partners to collaborate, ask questions, trade tips and tricks.

Requirements

To join the IBM Z ISV Center Secure User Group, you must meet the following requirements:

How To Join

  1. Open a case in the IBM Support platform.
    • Enter "zTech" in the Product field.
  2. For the case title, use “Request to join the IBM Z ISV Center Secure User Group”
  3. In the description, enter your full name and IBMid
  4. A Secure User Group admin will then verify if the requirements to join are met
    • If they are met, you will be added to the Secure User Group and notified via the open case
    • If they are not met, the admin will reach out via the case to assist you with the requirements
  5. After being added, you will be able to access the IBM Z ISV Center Secure User Group
